1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ph365.ph website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the ph365.ph Platform. ph365.ph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

• Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from ph365.ph or from any gaming platform under a self-exclusion program are not permitted to register or use the Platform during the applicable exclusion period.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of ph365.ph, you must complete the registration process and create an account. By registering, you agree to the following:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph365.ph login credentials, including your username and password. • Notification of Breach: You must notify ph365.ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account by contacting our support team via live chat.
• KYC Verification: ph365.ph may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Ownership: Your ph365.ph account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph365.ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: ph365.ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. Accepted methods are displayed on the Platform's cashier page.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform and may vary by payment method. ph365.ph reserves the right to modify minimum transaction amounts at any time.
• Processing Times: Deposits are generally credited to your ph365.ph account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes, while bank transfers may take 1–6 hours.
• Verification Requirements: ph365.ph may delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph365.ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• Fees: ph365.ph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which ph365.ph bears no responsibility.
• Prohibited Transactions: You must not use ph365.ph as a payment processing service. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without engaging in genuine gaming activity is prohibited and may be treated as money laundering.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph365.ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's specific terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.
• ph365.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• ph365.ph reserves the right to determine whether a player qualifies for a particular promotion and to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Philippine-resident players only and are subject to the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

• Game Rules: Each game on ph365.ph is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before participating.
• Random Number Generation: All non-live games on ph365.ph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. ph365.ph's RNG systems are subject to regular independent testing.

• Collusion and Cheating: Any form of collusion, cheating, use of automated software (bots), or exploitation of software vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using ph365.ph:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or to another user's account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph365.ph staff or other users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems;
• Violating any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Platform.

ph365.ph reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph365.ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of ph365.ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ph365.ph.

The ph365.ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ph365.ph. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use ph365.ph's trademarks without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ph365.ph provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• ph365.ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• In no event shall ph365.ph, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if ph365.ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• ph365.ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph365.ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

ph365.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• At ph365.ph's sole discretion for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other users.

Upon account closure, ph365.ph will process any remaining verified balance in your account in accordance with applicable regulations, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to ph365.ph. Balances associated with accounts closed due to fraud or Terms violations may be forfeited.

You may close your ph365.ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.

11. Responsible Gaming

ph365.ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the ph365.ph Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph365.ph Platform shall first be submitted to ph365.ph's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent ph365.ph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
